  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a refund.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
